Citing security threat, Obama expands U.S. role fighting Ebola Sept. 16, 2014 A portion of the article summarized:   President Barack Obama on Tuesday called West Africa's deadly Ebola outbreak a looming threat to global security and announced a major expansion of the U.S. role in trying to halt its spread, including deployment of 3,000 troops to the region. They also get to study His Word and hear the Gospel, many for the first time. However, caring for refugees is maxing out Sumy Grace Church’s resources. “There is a specific need for finances to help take care of these people, because there are no other outside sources,” Paetkau says.
